Yes, all consultations are complimentary.
How long does a consultation take?
Usually around 30–45 minutes.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required so your hair can be ordered and your appointment secured.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable once hair has been ordered.
Can I bring someone with me?
Appointments are designed as a private one-to-one experience, but please get in touch if you have specific circumstances.
What happens if I’m running late?
Please let me know as soon as possible. Late arrival may mean your appointment needs adjusting or rescheduling.
